My Near Death Experience (My NDE)

Today, in my 40-tees, I am happy, cheerful person, trying to look at the positive or humorist side of every happening in my life. And also I am aware that I am creator of my life.
That was not the case in my 20-tees, that age of mine was much more complicated, and I did not feel so positive and self-confident at all. And, sometimes, was not able to find many reasons to live on this planet. But, deep down I was very aware that DEATH - just does not exist, and that we always LIVE, in one form or another. Whenever I was thinking what death could be like, there was only one, crystal vision: complete freedom of bondage, being part of whole endless Universe, nothing to be afraid of, just love and contentment ...The state of existence where we can breathe together with breath of the shining stars, where we can live full capacity of our abilities as loved children of the universe.
Thanks to the intensive spiritual practice ( Reiki and meditations), I learned how to re-connect this feeling of freedom and wholeness with the Universe, with my everyday life.
My NDE experience occurred when I was 26, at that time, I had recently started to explore spirituality.
It was early in the morning, just after my night shift in hotel where I worked as receptionist. I was in the kitchen with some of my colleagues, having early morning chat and drinking coffee. They started to talk about certain topic, which I found very unpleasant ( just reminded me on one of mine ex-traumatic experience). After a while I started to feel very dizzy, could not breathe properly, and could not see properly as well.
I walked out from the kitchen towards the main door, I needed to breathe the fresh air. Somewhere on the way to the entrance of hotel, I started to loose my consciousness, and fell down.
I felt I was going out from my body, entering into the tunnel. And tunnel was gorgeous, almost completely gold, in baroque style, which I like, shining and pulsating and inviting me to go further. But, the most impressive and touching experience was the song of hundreds or thousands of angels...Their crystal clear voices, perfect harmony while singing together, these divine songs which were so sweet and strong,...completely tuned in with the core of my soul and fulfilling all my deepest desires. I could not wish anything else, then listen this chore of angels forever. They were giving me so much love, light and strength while singing, I just felt as Odyssey listening sirens, just could not resist. I did not want to return into my body any more: my only wish was to stay with them. Every song was different, just perfect in complicated harmonies, perfect in melody lines, perfect in performance, I heard amazing perfection in their voices, which were no male, nor female...Unbelievable musical and spiritual experience I was blessed with.
It seemed to me that a lot of time was passed by, I was so deep in my experience. But my work colleagues decided not to let me stay with angels, and finally brought me back into my body. My first words were: "O my God, they are singing so lovely".
I returned back, but will never forget that love, that light ant that divine songs which were meant to worship the eternal joy of existence in any form we take.
Live is eternal. There is nothing else but LIFE and LOVE. Love created us, love guides us, love supports us, love will be that force which will help us to leave our bodies when the time comes. But there is nothing to be afraid, because we cannot stop to live, we just go step further, we just go freely into new choices of our existence. We do not loose ourselves, we always can become even more we, more ourselves... The unique tones of our souls will never cease to vibrate...and will live without ending in this enchanting, multidimensional universe.

Conclusion
15 years, after my NDE, now I understand better, why had I chosen to pass through that experience:
- I needed a proof that there is nothing to be afraid of in diying process. Because, we do not dye, just leave the body.
- To share this experience with other people
- To understand that there is really tiny line beetween "life" and "death"; question of personal choice is to choose one or another level of existence. I DID want to stay with angels, but, I was deeply in love at that time, and part of me wanted to be with my ex-boyfriend. That was the reason I came back.
- Angels in the tunell celebrated life as such, omnipresent life and all it´s levels and dimensions. Desicions and choices were mine only. As always.
- After that experience, I was for many days happy and full of energy. I passed through the healing process in the tunnell.
- After listening that chor of angels, there was no doubt that every human being is guided and loved, whatever one`s choice is, one will receive help, sometimes even from "invisible realms".

Dear tatjana thank you for sharing your near death experience. You are just like me. I also had a near death experience just 4 months back. It happened during sleeping. I felt that i was going out of my body. I couldn't open my eyes. They were jammed locked and I all energy of my body had gone. I felt so unpleasant that I forcfully opened my eyes. It was morning and i was sweating. I thought it was a nightmare. But then why i coudn't open my eyes. Why did i lose my control over my body? I was not scared as i somehow accept things as they are. I am a very confident person. I knew i needed to change somethings in my life. I started to meditate daily and did all things that made me feel good. Now I make mony from 4 businesses though very less i don't have drudgery or compulsion of work. I am my own boss. i leave my worries to my guarding angel. I sleep a lot, eat balanced healthy food, Exercise daily, meditate and practise spiritual breathing everyday. I feel so relaxed, condfident, happy, centered. That i suggest everybody should do what i do. Life is meant to celebrate. And the sooner you learn this concept the better for yourself as well as people around you. :-)

Yes, indeed. After NDE exp. it is not possible to stay the same. As well as after gaining knowledge through meditations. It is like an little erthquake wthich destroyes mental and emotional negativity. It is easier to live, when you know that there is nothing to be afraid of. When you find out that your life has higher pourpose, a lot of higher purposes to be correct, it is such a blessing. When you find out you are free to choose whatever your soul desire is... it is such a relief. I wish that feeling of freedom to everybody. Thank you very much for your nice comment...

I have decided to terminate my existence here on this earth. I wonder if I will still be able to hear those angels singing, as you did so clearly and wonderfully, or if I will be doomed to darkness for eternity for taking my own life. What do you think?
Dear missesMask, I understand you completely, when I was 15 I tried the same, because I felt like nobody loved me, what was not the true. God always loves us and protect us. Besides that, I had may dark thoughts about terminating my life on Earth, due to the hyperactive thyroid gland, which was not healed many years. After I started to heal it on natural way (please look in my Hub about Homeopatics/Radionics remedies), my mind gradually started to change even in the dark phases and now I am always able to see hope and light.
God is always unconditional love, and never punish us...but God expects from us to respect the life we have on Earth. Paradise and Hell are here and now, only problem with suicide is if we try to take our life when we are sad, angry, lonely, disappointed, afraid and feel hopeless.... When we leave our body our feelings are 9 times stronger then in our Earth body, and if we live the body in bad mood, our bad mood becomes 10 times stronger in the process of death. I find that very uncomfortable, it is much wiser to attain state of inner joy here on the Earth, and then decide when is appropriate time to die.
The point is...non of us cannot terminate the life, life is everlasting experience. Life is sacred: YOU ARE SACRED AND WORTHY, AND THIS WORLD NEEDS YOU. I am a 23 year old female who grew up too fast and has always been riddled with emotional issues (bulimia, depression, etc). However, this time it is far more serious, and for the last several months I've been living with emotional torture all because of some decisions I've made that were immensely detrimental to my relationship with a special person.
I had the perfect person for 4 years and I drove them away by some things I did, some ways I acted, and there are even other things I've done that they don't even know about, and if they did, they would really never speak to me again.
I never felt that I deserved this person anyway. Everyone says this outcome was meant to be, that this person doesn't deserve me, but they don't know. I have always felt and now more so feel that it was the other way around. People don't understand, yes it hurts when others do you wrong, but heartache is different when it's your own fault and you have done the other party wrong, and you must deserve to suffer.
I've lost the best person in the world because of my own actions. I know I'll always feel this way and I will never be happy again because I will always know what I lost, and feel the bitter gravity of it.
I know there are other people in the world, other fish in the sea, but they don't matter. I know it is possible for someone else to love me one day, but it won't matter because the love won't be from this person...
Every smell, every taste, every song, every breath, everyone, even my own body, it all reminds me of this person, whose trust and affection for me is gone.
I don't believe that I can ever forgive myself. This is the definition of pure agony. It is worse than losing someone who has died, because when people die, they don't choose to go away from you, they are taken away. Conversely, I am grieving for one who is still alive, but has chosen to go away from me and no longer wants me in their life. How could God have let me make these decisions knowing that I would suffer like this, that I would lose so much? I am not blaming God, for it is ALL my fault, I just wonder how he could LET me feel a certain way that would lead me to make certain decision which would ultimately cause me to suffer like this.
Thus, I have decided to terminate my existence on this earth. Many would claim that this is a "cowardly act" or the easy way out. These people are idiots.
They have obviously never felt this kind of guilty heartache before. It is quite the contrary actually, for I believe it must be the MOST trying, difficult, and heartbreaking decision anyone could make (not just for the person in question) and requires immense contemplation prior to the decision.
It is in some ways scarier than forcing my poor organism to stay alive feeling this way day after day, year after year. Scarier because I know not what would await me on the other side - if anything. I don't want to suffer anymore, but I don't want my soul to cease to exist - I just want to be happy, and perhaps I can on the other side, should God allow it. Then I think of my mother. I cry when I hug her because she doesn't know what I am planning, and I feel so sorry for her because I know she would never get over it. Then I get so mad at myself for even considering doing anything that would hurt her so badly. She has been through alot in her life, especially as my brother has lost everything to drugs and alcohol, and I know that she blames herself for his emotional issues. But she would never get over losing me. Never.
Thus, I feel between a rock and a hard place, so to speak...
Yesterday I was at the book store - strangely, its the only place I really feel safe. I found myself searching for what psychics and sages have to say about suicide. Conveniently (and not surprisingly), I found none that commented on it at all. I ran across a book called Conversations with God: Book 1, and I have been reading it, though I still have no answer to my question about suicide in particular, as it seems so serious an issue. I know in the book, God says to the author you that he doesn't condemn anyone to "Hell" for anything, but still I wonder, would God forgive me for such an act? Would my soul still exist afterward, and if so, would I be happy at home with God, or stuck in some (vaguely described by psychics if at all) "Limbo" place until I've learned whatever emotional lesson I was supposed to learn on earth before I cut my journey short.

I have sweet release at my fingertips, but it is not so sweet without clarification of this issue.

Dear TOmi, I described my experience of NDE, which was great experience "FOR ME", but, you can see, I am not flying with the angels, nor I dance in the limbo, I AM HERE; HAPPY TO BE IN MY BODY; HAPPY TO SAY THE LIFE IS GREAT; SO GREAT AND WONDERFULL TO BE LIVED, HERE AND NOW, LIFE ON EARHT CAN BE PARADISE FOR SOUL...
I understand your suffering, I can feel it, but I can guarantee you that your pain will stop, your hearth healed, here on a Earth in THIS YOUR LIFE. love always persist, again. There is many interesting things will happen, many nice possibilities, I see big hills of happiness in the future in your life. All your problems will be gradually solved, you will be very happy and joyful person, full of love and very loved from others. For me would be very unwise to choose termination because of something what will be solved and your relationships improved, by the time- Although you think now is dark night, the dawn of peace and joy of your hearth will come. I looked in the Tarot cards and see that you could have very happy life. So, there is no need for your question, because you will choose the life an enjoy that desicion.

All day at work today I was thinking about your response and your tender care.
It gave me something to look forward to, checking your post after work.
It's strange and refreshing how people far away whom you've never met can care so much and want to help a person with a lost heart.
I always thought I was so strong, so impervious. Now I know this is not the case. I am afraid of those emotional lows that are so bad and last so long, the pain is so intense that I can hardly breathe or think, and I truly just want to end it.
You are an interesting person.
How did you come to read tarot cards, and how did you come to believe in their messages? I'm sorry, I just don't know much about it. How do you see happiness for me? Do you ever wonder if there is a God, or if your experience was really "near death" or if it was just your unconscious mind working in suspended animation and providing a sense of euphoria?
I am certainly not disputing your claim that it was a near-death experience or that it was divine, I just wonder how anyone can ever know for sure, and if you ever question if it was just your brain working at the time.
I suppose I am searching, seeking some kind of divine answer as to what is my purpose in life, or confirmation that I will be happier than I could ever dream, then if it is okay with God (should he/she exist) that I send myself back to the other side as "damaged goods, return to sender."
However, I do not really want to be a fallen star.
I just don't want to hurt anymore.

This state through which you are passing now, we call "dark night of the soul", but it is on the end, already. After night, is always a dawn, new day. sunshine day arriving.
You are young, beautiful, inteeligente, sensible, whole life is in the front of you. This bad period will be transformed in the positivity, and most hopefull for future.

Hi stumbled across your pages, I'm in some need of some help. A friend of mine just recently NDE'ed. This was at hospital and she was pronounced dead. In temp morge she regaind concienciousness. The doctors said the her heart rate was slow low and doctor didn't feel any pulse. What ever, She has sence come home freaked out. Says she came back only to say goodby. She says that she's seen herself die again Friday. She has done nothing but sleep sense. Can't get her to talk does nothing but want to sleep. Eats very little. Nurse is with her keeping eye on her and is physicaly ok. Won't talk to a councler or any friends. What now?

I understand you deeply, it is shock for you. You are afraid of loosing your friend...
Only thing what we can do now is: to pray. And send to your friend waves of Light and Love. I will immediately start to do the same, through Reiki (bioenergy). Long distance. But our prayers and energy cannot change her decision, if she really decided to go...But: as long as her soul is in body, she can change her mind and choose to stay here. If she wants that. Maybe she has chosen new life already, new experience to live...we will see. You can try to tell her through your prayers, in your mind, that you need her and ask her to stay here. But it will be her decision only...we will know about her final decision on Friday...
Question: is she taking any meds now?? If so which ones?
Please, never be afraid of "death", it is only illusion, our souls lives forever, just change vibrational state and bodies. None of use can stop living. Life is eternal.

If I had read this article a few years ago, I would not have probably understood the depth of it but in the last couple of years, I have had some experiences (almost similar) which completely changed my entire thought process. It felt like being born again without leaving my body. So I can very well understand what you went through. Such mystical experiences should be treated as a gift from Heavens. Many thanks Anja for your comment. It is very interesting: all people I talked to had spiritual experiences. The main problem is that majority of them do not feel brave enough to share them... Divine is always around us, and likes to remind us that we are siritual beings...in human bodies. Which are amazing, but they are just bodies.

I began thinking long and hard about life when I was dumped by my ex 10 years ago, (he is the one who told me to get my head out of the clouds and realize that life isn't all "peaches and cream"...) <--see my hub "Being Naive..." I was depressed, and didn't care if I lived or died. But it was a great lesson that I learned from him... (Maybe that was the purpose I allowed him in my life) Even though we had been together for about six years, and shared two beautiful children, he just couldn't force himself to be happy with me... What I say now...---> "Sorry about his luck!" After this incident, I thought, and thought some more, and just like out of nowhere, I was infused with insight... I snapped out of it, and began to understand my purpose here on earth. Your absolutely right when you say there is no death, we just leave our bodies... This is my belief, also. Reincarnation... Well, she never intented to write any Hubs, she is wrting poetry and studying. She has her study & exams, and I believe and pray that she is better. She is young,strong and beautiful young lady and I am very sure that God created for her something new and interesting in her life...She IS very strong and I believe in her healing process. Tatjana: Wow, you described the angels you heard almost like I did in your other hub- where I share mye experience in hearing angels; a wonderful validation! We both used words like crystal clear voices, and I used rhythm to mean harmony ... You mentioned something about "holes' in frequencies when it comes to hearing; have not heard of this.
Can I ask you how your hearing problem occured???
Holes in the frequencis are very common: human ear can hear frequencies between 20Hz and 20.000Hz.
F.e. it is possible that one person can hear vibrations between 20-70Hz, then not to hear anything between 70-100Hz, then again hear 100-8500HZ, then new hole etc.... Problem is with nerves: nerves need to get healed, so they can bring all needed vibrations to the brain. Just imagine the nerves like strings on violine...
Tatjana: I have nerve damage and lost 20 decibels more of hearing at age 33, 3 days after my birthday, (I wrote a hub about it, but its long) due to hair cell damage. Wow, I think you hit the nail on the head... I am not a nervous person nowadays, but was very nervous as a child due to a dysfunctional home, was nervous as a teenager, young adult, and lost more hearing due to stress. I do have a sense of vulnerability which I am still working on healing. My mate did a healing exercise about two years ago, and Tatjana, I could hear that day which brought me and my mate to tears; I could hear the wind, my own "accent,'" could understand him very clearly, but then I reverted back to my hearing deficit. I have been able to hear on about two or three occasions, so I have seen how physical conditions are not set. Thank you for your information. I am going to investigate further. You are indeed a healer and angel. :)

I see you mean the nerves of the ears, but, my hearing dysfunction is due to nerves as a child, and not wanting to hear to protect myself. Nowadays, I am in a better position to heal.

wow, it took me a while to read this great stuff, you are truley a wonderul person, Your words reflect that well. Now, ofcourse I have a question. I was going to write a hub about this but it is even hard for me to write because I cant even voice it. It scares me all the time. this is it: HOW THE HELLO DO I KNOW THAT THINGS ARE GOING TO HAPPEN AND THEN THEY DO? SERIOUS STUFF.

Hi Fortunerep, this what is happening to you is nothing strange, and is very normal thing. Do not be afraid: velieve me, everything is OK with that your experience.
Let me put the things on very simple way: You are creating your life all the time (the same is with everybody else), consciously or subconsciously, whith your thoughts, wishes, emotions, even in your dreams. As a creator of your life, it is very logical that you know what will happen next. You are just a little bit more aware of that then some other people, but believe me, a lot of people know what will happen next in their lifes, but do not talk openly about this subject.

I am not on strong meds, my choice. My bipolar is under control with bouts of hypo-mania, and the "blues" sometimes I can deal with that.
When my house burned down on thanksgiving, I was not surprised. Why? I had seen it. For over a year before, I dreamed it, I did not take it seriously. Maybe I should. Thanks I will read your other hubs.

Tatjana - what an interesting Hub. I can relate to a lot here. I had an Out Of Body experience when I was about 17 which convinced me that there is no real 'death'. I've had a number of strong spiritual experiences over the years. One which has echos of your experience was I had a fever and woke hearing clearly angel-like voices singing all around me. The quality of the sound was indescribable and there were many parts to the singing and many voices. These experiences are more real than normal reality.
I also sometimes dream about the future. I have a Physics degree and am an engineer so looking at these experiences through scientific eyes is an interesting challenge. As Shakespeare said, "There are more things in heaven and Earth than man ever drempt of"

This is a subject that I find endlessly fascinating, perhaps because I have had a number of out of body experiences myself, and also because I have past life memories, and extremely early childhood memories. I've never heard angels singing, but perhaps I'll be blessed with that experience at the end of this life!
Hi Rik, thanks for your comment. I agree with you: such experiences are more real than what we call "normal reality". We are spiritual beings in human body and we still have contact with so many other levels and dimensions of reality, what is great.
So many people have had OBE ..but a lot of them just do not want to discuss it in public.
When I dream about future, I know I create it. My opinion is that we do not predict or foreseen the future, is even more than that: we actualy create it through our dreams (or consciously).

I have a few friends that had NDE before and they really changed after going throught it. I can't describe how it is but all of them have a different life perspective prior to their NDE.

What you have explained about death {DEATH - just does not exist, and that we always LIVE, in one form or another. Whenever I was thinking what death could be like, there was only one, crystal vision: complete freedom of bondage, } tallies very well with what great Hindus saints say.

Hi, Beautiful writing. Your description is dynamic. I am curious. Were you a believer at the time? Were you born again? Did God had more work for you to do or was it the boyfriend that made you want to return so you came back?
If one dies and does not believe In Jesus as Savior(I have heard this testimony) they returned and boy did they change their tune. They knew there was a hell and they were so thankful to come back and be born again and live for Christ. They share the story in hopes others may be saved.

Well, I was baptised as Roman Catholic and I will never forget that we were learning on Cathechism that GOD IS ONE, and has many names: Buddha, Allah, Krishna, Jesus, Tara....and that every religion leads to the same God. And that people without religion are also on the path to God... As you can see, many religious teachings are actualy more tolerant then we are ready to admitt...
If person is full of fears while dying, of course it perceives that fears like hell. The same happens in everyday life. If we are happy, life is like paradise, if not....

Hi Tatjana, I loved reading this. Although I haven't had the near death experience which sounds so lovely and as you say, so full of love, I have had similar experiences in meditation or in sleep. Like you, I know there is no death and I've experienced other dimensions of reality that are too beautiful to describe - I would love to reside in those states permanently! Kartika
I've had three out-of-body experiences. Two, back to back in one night. Had that never happened I would still question "the after-life." But, no more. I always make the point about "we never die."

You did an excellent job talking with the young girl contemplating suicide, I think you saved her life.
I'm curious about healing from afar. I saw a Reiki Master once and he cured my back pain from an auto accident. I could feel his energy travel up my arm, into my back as he held my hand. I didn't know this could be done when not in one's presence.
My daughter has an as of yet undetermined medical condition that causes much pain constantly, only the level of pain changes. She has had this since October 2008. So many emergency room visits, so many different doctors, different medications, so many tests and none have helped. She had to withdraw from school as the pain is so bad. We have her learning Cognitive Bio-feedback to try and help manage the pain. She doesn't like me talking about it to other people so she wouldn't agree to discussing it with you so I doubt there would be anything you could do to help?
Perhaps if I found the Reiki Master I once saw here but he lives in Canada and doesn't come to the States much. Any ideas? And I look forward to reading the rest of your Hubs as time permits, thank you for the wonderful information and inspiration!

Sorry to hear about your daughter, it is not nice condition to her. Yes, of course it is possible to help to your daughter, combination of rigth homeopathic remedies, diet and energy-treatmants would solve her problem, reasonably quickly and permanently. I would just need to know more details.
She is ashamed of her condition, so she does not want you to talk to other people about it. In addition to that, I believe that she started to THINK that her problem is not possible to solve, so she does not want "false" hope. When somebody is pain, that person cannot think on logical ways, neither is able to ask for proper help, because pain causes that cognitive abilities do not functionate properly, excellent that she is learning cognitive bio-feedback.
It is possible to send her several treatmants even if she does not know about it, while asleep, at least up to the point - that she becomes ready for consciously accepting healing. There are very specifical healing vibrations I use against pain.
You can help her also with changes in diet, and maybe right homeopathics (I doubt that she would refuse them) and step by step problem can be solved. Even only treatmants and diet can perform needed improvement.

Excellent! Had to read this. Death is an illusion. In fact, much of what we consider "reality" is an illusion. Your experience is mentioned in the Gospels. All is one. One is all. You have ascended, and returned. How much more proof do we need? All of our emotions, memories, talents, can be boiled down to this chemical reaction, or that internal stimulus, but we have over dissected things like NDEs. Interesting story, I had something similar when I was 12 only I do not think I died? well no proof that I died anyhow with the tunnel and light deal,Got there FAST but then tossed back FAST.. And I did not want to be here again after that, I would have much rather been there, I mean considering it was a real and a similar experience, here just felt heavy and even scary.. I was safer there, It was weird as I recall a song children of the sun was playing downstairs when I came back. : 0
