LOVE YOUR BODY

.
Your health beliefs and attitude about your body have vital impact on your health. Here are few tought-provoking tips which can help you to change your health believes.
1. Treat your body with a sense of wonder, love and trust
So many people fear and distrust their bodies. Some of them believe that the body is fragile, and illness is waiting to attack it just around the corner. Some of them behave to the body as it is their worst enemy. They punish their bodies with too much work, too much responsibilities, too intensive life, not enough rest and sleep, inappropriate food, various drugs or medicines... Your beliefs are not only yours, you are passing them to your children and other people you communicate with.
The truth is your body is miraculous, intelligent creation . Perfect universe on it´s own. Every cell is perfection and have great communication systems with other cells and rest of the body. Body has its own great self-regeneration abilities, which heal cuts and bruises without a single thought or action on your part. Your immune system is your own magnificent security system, if working well, it protects you from bacterial and viral terrorists.
Many processes are going on in your body automatically, every moment. As long as you have enough of healthy vital energy, everything will be in perfect order.
The truth is also that your body reacts on your own thoughts and emotions, life-impressions, pictures you have in your mind, style of life.... they can support the health of your body, or take away vital energy of it.
.
2. Communicate with your body
Your body will work much better if you communicate with it. Communication is way of showing appreciation and love. Remind yourself often how great it is to have body organs that work so well and show them in mind gratitude for that. Talk to your body organs, cells, tissues, send them positive energy, Your body will receive your positive messages and will reward you with much higher vital energy.
2. Learn about human body
By doing that, you will start to trust to your body. You will find out about thousands of miracles which are happening every second inside your body. You will find out how your body has ability to regenerate itself. Average people know so little about their body systems, and if they learn something is usually about "how diseases are horrible and non-curable", what is really shame in age of Internet. Lack of basic knowledge is lack of love, result is - helplessness. Basic knowledge about holistic and quantum medicine will help you to connect the state of your body with state of your mind and emotions and find the way how to stay in good health.
.
3. Teach yourself to listen to your body.
Your body has language of signals and is regularly communicating with you. Every moment. Health is maintained when you know how to recognize the signals that suggest that your body is out of balance and respond in a timely manner when your body indicates it needs something - rest, sleep, love, different food, no stress, sunlight.... whatever. You cannot full your body with excuses your mind makes, body does not listen them.
Body does not understand why you have to push it because of any of reasons your mind say that they are so "important", like
- others need your help despite the fact you do not have enough vital energy for that,
- that you "have to" to work overtime because you are afraid to ask for time off or for leave,
- that you need that job which you actually hate and you are underpaid,
- that you need to stay in bad relationship because you do not want to be alone
- that you need to stay in bad marriage just because you gave the wow once upon a time when you were young and naive
- that you want to accomplish several difficult and very time-consuming goals at the same time
- that you want to have children despite the fact that you have enough energy only for yourself and your partner etc, etc.
The truth is that body is too intelligent that you cannot full it with your excuses. Body is accumulating stress and sooner or later will stop to listen you any more, and result will be illness. We can full the others, maybe even convince ourselves that our excuses are the truths and that we "have to do something", but body does not recognize "have to" on daily basis and chooses illness as an opportunity to take rest from your crazy life-plans. Through the illness you also have opportunity to realize that you were actually fulling yourself about your life-priorities and that at first you need to respect yourself and take care about yourself and your real needs.
Body respect the laws of the nature - they are very simple and highly intelligent and so often opposite to the chaotic human ideas about "right" and "wrong".

4. Every human being is unique and every body also has it´s unique requires which also change ...
Many people behave to the body as it is soldier which has to obey them. Body requires tender approach and needs TIME for applying any change and adjusting to it.
Exercises or diet which are perfect for one person can be harmful for somebody else. Some things can be good for you in certain period of life, but in the another one will harm your health. You are not the same person as before, your body is also changing.
Like everything else, health is also result of effort, after we spend our resources of vital energy, we need to gain it again. Because of that very important is to learn some relaxing techniques (as meditation, yoga, Tai Chi etc) which allow the body to achieve high level of self-healing. We live in the world which is not close to the nature as it should be, as a product of that, humanity today has developed many illnesses which teach us to - slow down.
Illness is often normal part of human life, our great teacher which can teach us how to use life energy wisely, but is not "normal" to have health problems or pain constantly. It is results of misused life- energy now or in the past and can be healed - with a love, knowledge and on natural ways.
Some very useful tips about importance of food, natural cure, avoiding medicines and other toxins etc, you can read in my following Hubs:

Without health of body is hardly possible to achieve any of life-goals so be tender to it and learn how to slow down your life tempo. Enjoy the life and your body will be grateful for that appreciation and will become your best friend, not your worst enemy.

Wonderful hub here Tatjana! I agree with you, we really should love our body and listen to what it tells us. When we get sick or feel sleepy, our body is simply telling us to slow down and get some rest.
Thank you for sharing.
Advanced congratulations on your coming soon...100th hub!
Hi Tatjana, Craig here...
Well your right on the money as usual and I can attest to your beliefs as something happened to me when I moved to Florida with my 4 young children that's proof positive of your beliefs above.
I copied this from the Obesity chapter in my book "Up One Level", chapter 30. The excerpt is on Hubpages but if your interested I'll send you the whole chapter. It's right up your ally...Here's what happened...
From the very day we first took off for Florida from north Jersey, some 29 years ago, I have not had a cold. Why?
A case of the flu which I don’t consider a common
cold, snuck up on me for the first time in my life about
12 years ago which was as nasty as it gets but other than
that I’ve saved a fortune on Kleenex. (tissue)
Floridian’s get just as many colds, just as regular,
and for the very same reasons everyone up North does
so what has exempted me all this time and even now
after the kids have grown and been gone for years?
Well, this is what I believe has happened. Any of
you that have raised four little children know that it is a 24 hour a day job especially if you’re a single parent
100% dedicated to their well being. Once in Florida, I was on my own. I knew no one and had little money to boot. A very scary situation.
The fear or knowledge of possibly becoming incapacitated with a cold and not being able to take care of my children properly which sometimes required daily outside actions if we were to eat, caused my mind to produce antibodies or some other kind of resistive phenomenon that has kept me healthy to this very day. I have come close to getting colds on a few rare occasions where it usually starts out as a dry irritation inside the sinus cavity but that’s as far as it has ever gotten and gone in a day.
Perhaps it was simply tenacity, which caused my
mind to say to itself, “hell no,” we’re not going to get
sick anymore for whatever reason. The fact is, my subconscious mind has cured the common cold. Something
the entire worldwide medical community has not been
able to come close to accomplishing as yet. Astounding!
I wish I could claim some sort of credit but I haven’t the
slightest idea what powers have been at work for the last
29 years other than what I’ve already stated and 90% of
them were completely sub-conscious.
I’ve told you this story with the hope that you
realize you all have the same “state of mind” potential
that can apparently create miracles for you if you give
it a chance by taking care yourselves as best you can
which remember, is a direct result of conscious actions
such as consuming quality foods, getting enough sleep,
exercising, etc. Once you start the ball rolling with
these life giving commodities, your mind will support
and reward you with more and more positive amenities
as time ambles on. I haven't been to a doctor since I was a kid and I have to assume there's been other potentially serious medical problems my mind and body cured all by itself along the way.
Well Tatjana, I couldn't figure a way to bottle that commodity so I wrote a chapter in my book about it and everything else I've learned about health and happiness over the years. Give it a read if you get a minute, you'll enjoy it knowing you. Besides, at 43 you still got egg shell on your butt. You might learn something new from this old fart that's been around the block a time or two.
Seeatya...and stay cool...
Hi,
You have taught us- a good hub is here for body care.
Tatjana-Mihaela:
Terrific article!
It is my belief, and my wife's who is challenged daily by rheumatoid arthritis, that the body is a tool, a vessel for the pure inner self. We view "disease" to be DIS-ease, a physical condition that has emotional roots and a misinformed unwillingness to simply "release." She uses mostly dance and I utilize art/exercise to release any dis-ease causing "refuse" that is simply not needed by our bodies anymore. It's akin to shaking a bottle of impure liquid, letting the debris settle and dumping it-- releasing it to where those energies CAN be used.
Our bodies are extensions of our beloved selves and need to stay connected to that pure light, that joy, that integrity for creating-- and that connection celebrated moment-to-moment. The body DOES speak to us and brings us impressions or images of what it needs, from moment-to-moment. If it's not connected, we need to explore the "why" as opposed to going to fear or anticipation.
In a pure state, we love our bodies just as we do ourselves-- what a miraculous machine! Not treating it as such is not truly loving ourselves. Dis-ease can be a challenge, but it is a passing state one way or the other-- so why not look to "passing" it?
Thank you again for your wisdom!
Tatjana: I resonated with everything you wrote! I noticed that I have developed an enjoyment of vegetables; I actually make sandwiches with a corn tortilla and fill it up with veggies, and I love it. This is something I wouldn't have thought of doing or enjoyed a year ago - point of story is, my body is asking for the nutrients of the veggies, and my body is not accepting of too many sweets nowadays. Yes, bodies change and best to listen to its innate intelligence.
You are almost at 100 hubs! :)
^Hugs and light to you^
It's so true, I really believe in the mind body connection and always enjoy reading your supportive material. If you love your body you have a better chance of staying healthy. If you have trouble loving your body for whatever reason, at least respect it and listen to your inner bodily wisdom rather than what you think you "should be doing". Thanks and congrats on reaching your 99th Hub.
Wonderful and insightful article about the human body . Good tips caring for your. I learn ways to trust my body,s signs of emotiomal, mental and physical stressors and find heathier foods to eat.I would suggest good massage treatment for your body as a way of healing. Thanks for your unique insight.

TatJana...Craig here
Here's that chapter I promised. I couldn't send the folder for some reason so here it is in text form. Get your scroll button oiled up, it's a biggun....
“Now That I Have You’re
Attention”
Obesity and Not So Common,
Common Sense
Allow me to clear up the apprehension I feel at the moment in respect to what I’m about to say
in respect to being overweight and grossly out of shape. In the event you are not able or willing to “hear
it like it is” presuming you would want nothing less, then skip this chapter.
The very last thing I wish to accomplish is to hurt someone’s feelings, make someone feel inferior, or turn someone off in respect to fixing the problem, and problem is all it is. No different than a cavity in a tooth, or a herniated muscle that will only get worse if not attended to the sooner than later.
The cavity and the hernia can easily kill you with infection and strangulation. Obesity can also kill you
through secondary considerations to numerous to mention.
According to the Surgeon General’s Office, better than three hundred thousand people die needlessly
every year because they’re overweight.
This one even stunned me!
If you’re overweight, you increase your chances of contracting Arthritis by a whopping 50%. I never knew there was a connection until now but it makes sense doesn’t it?
I have had no formal medical education what so ever but I have been around for 60 plus years. Science,
creative electronics, and music are among my main interests. I’ve raised four kids, observed, learned, and
experienced things young professionals haven’t even dreamed of as yet. However, as an individual, you are one of a kind and
must be cared for in respect to any medical problem with just that in mind. Treating obesity, with no exceptions,
should be under the control of a qualified physician that is aware of an individuals mental and physical conditions.
Unfortunately, obesity in the United States has become a deadly disgrace and I’m here to tell you what
I’ve learned, what I’ve observed, and what you already know but have become to complacent, stupid, or both,
to realize that it is killing you and your children at anastounding rate. We’ll talk about the numerous social
ramifications later. All negative and all devastating I might ad.
For those of you that don’t think you have a weight problem but do, don’t care, not about to see a
physician, or in particular, raising fat little tennis balls instead of healthy children, read on. I’ll break down
my experiences and acquired knowledge into sections and let you have everything I’ve learned right from the
hip with no punches pulled. Like it or not, it’s what I believe. Again, I’m not out to hurt anyone’s feelings but
this is a matter of life and death and if I don’t arrange these words in a manner that grabs you by the ass,
your complacency and self-destructive life styles will continue for you and your children.
If I am able to motivate you to take on a new and active concern about your physical condition, great!
Absolutely fantastic! On the other hand, if your not able to handle one or more discoveries you might glean from this chapter, in either case, I want you to promise me to consult a physician before you decide to do anything as a result of what you’ve learned if anything. Agreed? Promise? I don’t want anyone jumping off a bridge because I convinced them fat is ugly and extremely unhealthy. Nor do I want anyone inspired by my words going out the next morning to jog 6 miles and dropdead from a heart attack. At least get a checkup and blood test. You may weigh 300 pounds and still be
dangerously anemic. Your red blood cells could be up or down. You could be low on potassium, manganese, or grape jelly, who the hell knows? Do you? I sure don’t.
OK? Great, now let’s get to work.
Remember, I’m no physician. The following is simply one mans opinions. Opinions that happen to be right on the money I don’t mind saying, at least for me and possibly for you too. Let’s find out.
Here’s the categories I’ll be discussing in this
article;
• Physicians.
• My brother and I.
• Fat people in general.
• Fat parents.
• Fat children.
• Nutrition and dieting.
Physicians:
You’ve all heard of the late Dr.Atkins and his low carbohydrate diet plan. It’s been around for decades
and it actually works. I’ve known people that have lost amazing amounts of weight according to they’re plan as
long as they stuck to it which is another story I’ll touch on in the nutrition and dieting section.
Most of my personal knowledge has come from listening to everyone and every thing over the years
including radio talk shows that were a major part of my early education as far back as 50 years or so. Doctors,
religious icons, politicians, you name it, I’ve listened to them all.It amazes me to this day how opposed two
Harvard graduates with the same degree’s can be on the same subject.
The point is we need these trained professionals for any number of obvious reasons but you must never
forget, especially when your life is at stake that they all have colleagues that vehemently disagree with them on any subject you can think of including and especially, obesity, dieting and nutrition.
If you lose your money in the market because your broker advised you wrongly, that’s one thing. If you lose your life because of a physician that was wrong or had other motivational concerns such as his wallet rather than your health, that’s something else again isn’t it?
Unfortunately, the world is full of physicians harboring ulterior motivations. I’m sure you’ve heard of a few yourselves especially in the dieting and nutritionfi elds. I mentioned the Atkins plan because over the years I have listened to dozens of qualified physicians and nutritionists that all argued the Atkins plan doesn’t work for long and worse, it’s potentially, extremely dangerous. From this information I’ve gathered, and my own knowledge of people, medicine, and nutrition, I would have to completely agree.
The big problem is that none of these plans have been around long enough for life long effects to be
scientifically concluded. Some, like the grapefruit diet plan have already been determined dangerous by the
bulk of the medical community but most still require decades of study and human follow-up in order todetermine their safety and worth.
The act of dieting itself is highly controversial in respect to the constant up and down weight variability,
mental stress, and possible depression caused by repeated long term effort and failure.
That’s enough for me right there folks. There’s a variety of safe, age-old methods of loosing weight that don’t require putting your ass on the line with some unproven and potentially dangerous diet plan. I will suggest a few methods I’ve used and myself over the years in the nutrition and dieting section. It’s simpler than you think once you get in the
groove. In the meantime, choose your physician wisely when it comes to your obesity. The cures for your decayed tooth and your hernia are universally excepted but weight loss is still a cacophony of disagreement. If ever the line “physician heal thyself” applied more appropriately in this case to the average Joe, it’s in the field of weight loss.
My advice, use your physicians for monitoring and advising you on your mental and physical condition.
Use your nutritionist to plan and monitor your food intake, and use your physical therapist to put your body in shape and keep it that way. Your body is an incredibly complicated machine that may or may not tolerate management mistakes. Realize that fact and be on the safe side by utilizing the knowledge that is available to us all through these learned professionals.
Obviously, they should all work in congruence but you’d best not forget that none of them will succeed without your guidance, control, and your personal motivation to be as best looking, as healthy, happy, and as long-lived
as possible.
My Brother and I:

Tatjana, I enjoyed the Hub very much and agree that we all need to listen to our body, heart and soul more often. They're great guides if you give them the time and space they need. I've always believe "thoughts are things". After reading your Hub I believe it even more.

One more and you cross over to the Triple-Digit hub category :D
